Kurrawa Park is a unique playground that caters to children of all abilities, featuring large grassy open spaces and a beautiful esplanade. Macintosh Island Park is a true oasis amidst the glitz and glamour of Main Beach. The park is home to the Les Rogers Memorial Sanctuary, where several birds, including majestic peacocks, have made their home. Macintosh Island Park is surrounded by large, shady trees, features several playgrounds, cascading streams flowing through the area, and a bird sanctuary home to beautiful peacocks wandering around the parklands. There is a smaller playground at the southern end of the parklands, which is home to a few pieces of equipment, slides and is more suited to toddlers. This park is a famous spot for a picnic or a get-together with friends and family. Macintosh Island Park offers a range of options for your gathering or party, with large trees providing excellent shade. Parking is available on both the Main Beach Parade sides and the Gold Coast Highway of the park.

Cascade Gardens is a peaceful sanctuary set back from the Gold Coast Highway. It includes a liberty swing designed for children in wheelchairs, allowing them to experience the fun of a swing. Cascade Gardens also features a beautiful, purpose-built white rotunda, which provides shelter for small groups in wet weather and is one of the most popular parks for weddings and ceremonies.
