I truly don’t have words to express how grateful we are for Natalie. Natalie was our wedding coordinator, at our small wedding held at Casa Campana. Not only was she incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead up to our big day, bending over backwards to make things happen for us - but on the day, she was kind, authentic, and brought a sense of calmness that settled any pre-wedding jitters that were present. Natalie well and truly went above and beyond to make sure it really was the best day of our lives - and it was. The way Natalie carries herself and cares for each couple she works with, and the service she provides, is unmatched. We felt so supported throughout the entire process! Five stars is not enough! Nat is absolutely amazing! We met her at the Tweed Wedding Trail and both immediately felt like she was the perfect celebrant for us. She has such a calm and caring energy about her that was a massive help on our wedding day. She wrote the perfect ceremony for us, that told our story so beautifully but still worked in a little bit of the exact kind of humour we love. So many of our guests have commented on how wonderful she was and we couldn’t agree more. Nat is clearly so passionate at what she does and that shines through in her work. If we had to do our wedding day all over again, we’d be coming to her first!

If I had to choose one word to describe Nat, it would be Sunshine. Nat puts so much love, care and passion into her work. We felts like we were apart of her family, and made the whole process so much less daunting. Nat really did make our special day, so much more special. We will be forever greatful.

We love Arctic Fox! We booked florals, stationery, hire, and on the day styling for our wedding day and were so impressed! Communication and planning leading up to the day was seamless and everything was all very easy and stress free. We received so many compliments on our florals and I couldn’t agree more. They were everything and more than what I pictured. We didn’t know a lot about florals so put our full trust in Arctic Fox and they definitely delivered! The lounge sets were a perfect addition to cocktail hour and had everyone feeling very comfortable. Our table setting was perfect, we need a lot of space due to a feasting style menu and our tables were styled beautifully. Thank you so much for making our space so beautiful! I hired Arctic Fox Events to do the styling and flowers for my wedding this year. They did an absolutely beautiful job. The flowers were gorgeous (and lasted so well - still going strong 2 weeks after the wedding!), and they made everything look absolutely magical. Thank you so much!
