3 Best Neurosurgeons in Bowral NSW

I have had an occasional problem with my back over the last 35 years which I always thought was just a strained muscle. A few days rest would fix it. However, just before Christmas 2022 it started again and in early February my doctor requested an MRI scan, which indicated spinal stenosis. In one week I went from feeling very stiff to my ankles and feet losing all strength. I could not walk without a walking frame, even around our single storey home.The MRI was sent to Dr Mobbs and he very kindly arranged to see me in Bowral one week later. There were quite a few patients in the waiting room and so it was 7 pm by the time I saw him. A very long day for him ! Ten days later he operated on my spine and the next day I was pain free, although obviously very weak on my legs. Within 6 weeks I felt so much stronger and by 3 months I was performing, without difficulty, all of the tasks I used to do. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Mobbs (and his PA Kaitlin, who frequently contacted me to check on my wellbeing). Without him rapidly slotting me into his busy schedule, I would no doubt have very quickly ended up in a wheelchair. Thank you Dr Mobbs !!! -Janet Fawkes.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Mobbs and the team he has assembled around him! Their professionalism, expertise and genuine care is fantastic.Having engaged his care for a ruptured L4/L5 disk, he and his team, ensured I was well informed and looked after throughout the entire process of pre and post surgery. Eastbrooke Medical Centre at Bowral is by far the best medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of attending. We have lived in the Southern Highlands for 8 years now and for all of that time Eastbrooke have supported us through any medical issue we have had. Their support is professional and friendly at all times. The Doctor's are great and the nurses are fabulous - a real asset to the team. But not only are the medical staff fabulous, the administrative staff are so accommodating and approachable at any time. Eastbrooked is a real credit to the Medical industry.

The welcoming staff are just so friendly and accommodating, and my doctor, Dr Don, one of those amiable, down-to-earth older style practitioners in whom you would unreservedly place your trust.
