Fantastic team! It was my first time going to the store and I was immediately greeted by such welcoming staff. My optometrist Thalia was very knowledgeable and respectful. Plus I got to order the right style glasses (can't wait to pick it up). I will definitely be a regular!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and her glasses came loose, which caused the lens to come out. Damien to the rescue, no questions asked and repaired them straight away. As we weren't at our local Specsvers and not customers at this branch, I see this is great customer service from the staff. Thanks.

Their eye exam was more thorough than the chain optometrists, they provide excellent advice around frames and are just very kind people. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful in finding a solution to my irreparable frames, thank goodness for independent optometrists with machines to fit my existing lenses into new frames. After 3 days of not being able read I can now see. Thankyou so much for being the solution, always shop independent and local.
