3 Best Physiotherapy in Wodonga, VIC

Absolutely one of my best experiences with a Physio! I had been experiencing extreme pain particularly in my knees during and after running to the point I stopped and decided it was age related and I just had to give up. Fast forward 6 weeks at Optimum and I can now run completely PAIN FREE. I never thought this was possible. Thank you.

I had an initial assessment with Joe the other day after experiencing a shoulder issue for over a year. Despite having seen a doctor with the same issue without success, he very quickly diagnosed the problem and has set me on the path to recovery. I can certainly recommend the team at Optimum.

I had a great experience with Optimum Physiotherapy. Sandyha (Physio) was highly professional and organised, and provided headache relief during our first session. Thanks also to Lauren for her warmth and helpfulness at reception. I left feeling considered and hopeful, and looking forward to continued treatment.

Very clean space, great equipment and friendly, professional staff. I saw Mitch - He was fantastic, didn't overload me with a huge list of exercises to start with- it's all very doable, he was friendly, professional and polite, and made every effort to ensure i felt supported. His testing of physiology, advice and knowledge clearly show he knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend :). I'll definitely be back. Thanks.

I saw Chris Oats today as he came highly recommended, he did not disappoint. He asked lots of questions, got me doing some stretches, worked on the muscles that were giving me grief and was positive I’d be back to normal by the weekend, if I stick to doing the tasks he set for me. He’s super positive, he listens and he knows his stuff. Thank you.

Physios Nathan, Natasha and massage therapist Rochelle are both very up to date in their knowlege and can apply it to individuals specific needs very appropriately. I have found the approach and the ethos at this clinic excellent and recommend it most highly.

I would recommend Personal Best to anyone. When they have solved your problem (and they will) they keep in touch and are a phone call away. They don't just take you money and run. You feel like part of the family.

I had knee pain and my GP recommended me this place. They helped me to figure out the problem and how to stretch properly. They did a follow up and they are always sharing tips to help with pain. I haven’t had an issue with my knee since then. I would def go back if something else comes up.
