I would like to express my thanks to the pharmacy. My son required specific eye drops urgently on a Friday afternoon, close to close of business. His eye specialist was very concerned about him being able to fill the script, on the atropine eye drops, stating most pharmacies don't carry the product and would probably have to order it in. The eye drops were necessary to try to save my sons eye sight from permanent vision loss due to a very nasty inflammatory condition of his eye. Thankfully, the pharmacy not only had the eye drops required, but also filled his script urgently as he required a combination of eye drops to be given every hour, day and night, in order to save his sight. My sons eye specialist, was clearly relieved we were able to get the script filled quickly, and stated she will now refer ongoing clients requiring these drops to the pharmacy to save them "the run around" of trying to find a pharmacy that stocks them. I had a wonderful lady assist me when I was trying to buy some perfume on Saturday. She was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist me in finding the right product. I ended up buying two perfumes, so I hope she gets a bonus or recognition for her wonderful work!!

Considering I always look like a mess and sporting a resting mutt-face, they're always friendly and helpful. They have helped our family with multiple issues over the years, especially during the pandemic.

After experiencing terrible service other chemists I was recommended to visit terry white instead and I wish I had sooner. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful and you never have to wait too long for your scripts. It’s such friendly chemist while still maintaining so much professionalism.
