We searched for a couple’s counsellor for a few months. After attending to couples sessions with other therapists, we finally found Kristina upon recommendation from another therapist. We immediately felt comfortable with Kristina. She provided a warm and comfortable environment. Helping us to understand each other and understand each other’s perspective, providing us with tools and learning not to take things to heart.

Thankyou Kristina at Sticks and Stones counselling for helping me through a difficult time. You were able to see below the surface of the situation and help me see a new perspective. Sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear, but your empathy and understanding was truly amazing. Personal growth is tough even on a good day. Your professionalism, knowledge of different strategies, compassion and being non-judgemental stand out to me.

I would highly recommend using Kristina's service, I often called Kristina for a secondary consultation and I always left the conversation with practical strategies or insights that I had previously not considered. I am really grateful to have access to a professional practitioner who is strengths based and takes on a holistic approach to her work.
