Thank you Brigitte and the other lovely ladies on reception. The care you showed myself and my fur baby Molly at such short notice was second to none. Particularly you Brigitte, your professional caring nature, thorough examination and continuous follow up, even on your day off, to make sure Molly was 100% ok and cared for whilst you weren’t able to be present, is the best service I have ever had from a veterinarian ever. Thank you so much.

Their service is absolutely fantastic! This is such a wonderful business, they truly care & it shows. Willing to help & with a smile. I had found some lost dogs, late afternoon & this centre was incredibly helpful with taking them in to check for microchips within minutes of their closing time. They didn't have to but they did.

We had an after hours emergency on Sunday for our elderly dog which we knew was going to result in euthanasia. Dr Emma was wonderful, so kind to our old girl & to us at a very stressful time. We cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. Thank you Dr Emma.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the vet who helped save my best mate and to the lovely nurses who really went above and beyond for us. I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and you guys have always been great. Very caring staff. They looked after me and made sure Rocky was comfortable and well cared for. Thanks again for all the hard work you do.

During a bit of a stressful time with dog and owner, Melrose were fantastic in their care. Many thanks to everyone from Front Counter, Vet, Nurse and Practice Manager Justin.

Great friendly staff, that are welcoming to all. Made sure that my pets are well looked after and explained things to me well. Would recommend coming here, if you want the best care for your pet.

I highly recommend the Murray River Animal Hospital to all pet owners. I have been using their services for a few years and have always been highly satisfied. The reason I'm writing this review is my dog became life threateningly ill this week and if it wasn't for the prompt attention he received and a night in care he may not be with me today. Their communication throughout this event was outstanding. A great team.

I can't thank Dr Elly Jackson enough for the immediate and wonderful care she gave Casper. Casper has been a patient with Murray River Animal Hospital for 3 years now. I can't recommend Dr Leanne Bailey and her team highly enough. They are dedicated, compassionate and the most caring vets I've ever been to.

Highly recommend Murray River Animal Hospital. The staff is always so friendly and and great with animals. They are so good with my dog who has very bad anxiety and always make sure he is comfortable. They are amazing with my cats and always ensure that it is a stress free visit every time.
