I was overdue to have my eyes tested. Having moved up from Melb recently I decided to go to Spec Savers. On the day of my appointment I was given a warm welcome when arriving. When I saw the optometrist he saw something on both eyes that needed to be looked at by an eye specialist. Having had Brest Cancer I did feel a wee bit concerned. The Optometrist made the referral & also contacted the eye specialist & he also rang me a few days later to ensure I had been contacted & an appointment had been made which it had. I thought the whole process was very good plus the follow up as well really was encouraging for me. I would recommend Spec Savers to anyone as their service is fantastic plus their prices are really great value.

I have used the services of Specsavers for a few years and always enjoyed bothe efficient and friendly service, excellent quality and value, and always welcome to assist with aftercare.and any issues.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive to my questions and comments. For the whole process I was an individual not a number and didn’t feel rushed when trying to select new frames. I always feel properly taken care of at Specsavers.

I didn’t buy my glasses through OPSM, and I had my eyes tested through OPSM in Lavington, but despite this, they never hesitated to help me adjust my glasses. I was welcomed instore, invited to take a seat and the service I received was exemplary. This was during a busy time as well, with several customers in the shop at the time. I asked her how much I owed her for the service and I learned that there was no charge at all! I couldn’t believe it!! Guess where I’ll be getting my eyes tested and buying my glasses from in the future?!!

Service and communication is always fantastic, the staff always have the time to help you choose the right glasses for me, I can be very picky but never felt rushed to make a decision. Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They fixed my glasses and couldn't do enough for me. Lovely range of fashionable sunglasses frames too. Also love that they have in-store initiatives - for example, you can drop off you old glasses there and they'll be re-distributed by a charity. A real example of a community minded business, that actually happens to have a great range of frames too. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

Alanna and the team are amazing. Went in with a broken pair of glasses and just passing through, not only did they fix my glasses to get by but they also adjusted my new glasses when I ordered them so they can be posted out to my next destination.

I’ve been using Bluestar eye care since I realised I required help with my eyesight. The team at Bluestar have always been helpful when I need assistance with eye care products. Thanks heaps guys. Keep up the great work.
