I started my surgical journey with Dr Moncrieff and his wonderful team over a year ago now and couldn't be happier with the level of service, professionalism and my results so far! I underwent a tummy tuck and breast lift, my recovery was a dream, my scarring is minimal and wish I'd of done it sooner after my weight loss journey. The confidence it has given me within myself is priceless. Dr Moncrieff and his team make you feel welcome and part of the HVPS family from the first consult and are available for even the most random of questions - I had a few. Dr. Avery is truly an incredible individual. From my very first appointment until the completion of all treatments, I felt completely at ease. I was recommend Dr Avery and the team. From day one I found the Doctor and all the staff very obliging and friendly going out of their way to help me with my journey from beginning to end. Dr Mistry performed a surgical procedure for me in hospital, before the surgery he clearly explained to me the procedures he intended to carry out and all aspects of the post operative care. His level of care to my well being before, during and after the surgery was exemplary, he was genuinely interested in giving me the best possible result. Additionally all his staff where most welcoming and treated my after care visits as if I was their only appointment for the day. His staff are each a tremendous credit to Dr. Mistry's practice and I could not recommend this practice more highly to anyone seeking surgical care at the highest possible level.

Dr Mistry has been exemplary in both the diagnostic, explanatory and surgery aspects of the removal of a somewhat extensive facial BCC. His detailed explanations pre and post-surgery, and the kind professionalism of his nursing staff helped me through a confronting process.
