When I first called I was advised there was a triage system. I was OK with this as I understand how triage works. I sent in all my details and within a week I received a call for further info for triage. I sent in the extra info and the next day they called with an appointment time. The doctor was knowledgeable, straightforward and thorough. her approach was sympathetic to my child's needs and she ensured he was heard. Overall we had a good experience from start to finish

I cannot speak highly enough of Monique. From the first time we saw her for a tonsil problem to the time we left the hospital post-surgery, she has been amazing. My 5-year-old daughter loved the whole experience. Her expertise, manner and care for children is excellent. I can highly recommend Monique for any issues related to ENT!.

We have had a very good experience with Dr Parkin and her wonderful team. They have delivered in all areas; efficient service and exceptional outcomes after treatment. Thanks to all involved.

Took our two young sons to see Dr Jefferson. Walked out of the consultation feeling at ease and happy with the thorough explanations. Both of our boys underwent surgery and have benefited immensely without any complication. The entire staff have been caring and warm. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr Jefferson and his team are outstanding with their professionalism and patient care. We are so happy that our son was in Dr Jefferson care. He is a wonderful surgeon and human. He told us that he ‘loved his Job’ and I can say that he definitely does!.

Reception saff are very helpful and we saw Robyn for the hearing test. She is great at her job! She tested my toddlers hearing and was very patient with her switching tactics as required. The set up is nice and the results are explained simply. They are busy so bit of a wait to get in.

Excellent service! Parking was plentiful & staff were very friendly & professional. Building very impressive. Thankyou!.
