Friendly service, and the place feels like a traditional Thai restaurant. Tried the red duck curry, very tasty. Ordered the garlic rice, no regrets there. There are other things I wish to try later, definitely recommend this place.

The food is fantastic and the service is very good. Great atmosphere. The curries are so good and flavoursome. Make sure you book ahead.

The service, food, atmosphere are very great!! Staffs are really helpful. The minus thing was only my food took so long because I got there when saturday night.

Our family loves going to Tropical Phoenix, for birthdays, celebrations and even Christmas last year. Food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are amazing, they treat our kids like family. The crispy beef, S&P Calamari, Mongolian Lamb and Honey Chicken are our favourites! Everything we have tried has been super yummy.

Food is always beautiful, honestly best Asian food in Mackay, adore the crispy pork and honey chicken. Very lovely environment, loads of variety from the menu, always will recommend this place.

We had a large group at a table in the rear of the restaurant. Food was excellent and busy staff looked after our large group very well. Extensive choices on the menu.

Lovely joint, great view and fast service. Very affordable compared to most restaurants in the area. Fish cakes were amazing! Decent serving sizes, and an amazing selection of Thai snacks and cooking ingredients to purchase as well which I wish I had of known before our holiday ended, as we have to hunt pretty hard for some of those goods in Sydney.

Stayed at the Whitsunday Vista Resort and had the luxury of Spicy Thai restaurant downstairs. We ate in the restaurant two times and also had two take away meals. All excellent; fast and tasty with generous portions. Loved the spring rolls; satay chicken, green curry and the Pad Thai... Amazing...

After 12 years holidaying here I was dubious of this place . But wow it beats the many restaurants in Melbourne . Fabulous takeaway or eat in . Thank you.
