Lovely big store which is well stocked with all those kitchen items that are hard to find. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Free parking is easy underneath with lift or escalator access upstairs.

Store is always well kept. Staff are friendly and always an assortment of products. They are on the pricier end sometimes but I like their range and their service. Not many types of these stores so it's my go to place most of the time unless I can find something decent on Amazon.

Chelsea and Lyn made shopping here a great experience. Their product knowledge, customer service and great attitudes were very impressive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!

We were visiting GC for a client's conference and desperately needed last minute hospo supplies - upon entering the store I was warmly welcomed and Jacqueline helped me find everything I needed. After our card wasn't working they went above and beyond to ensure we could process the order speedily as we needed it in a few hours time. I can't thank them enough for their amazing customer service and they even helped me take the order to my car. Highly recommend.

With the QLD knife laws it is extremely hard to get functional kitchen knives delivered, and chain stores like House sell overpriced stuff at slashed prices which are still overpriced. I did my due diligence/research for many hours and wound up here. Ended up with great cooking knives at great prices and great help considering I already knew exactly what I came there for.
