These guys absolutely rock, from my initial conversation with Rosie to having the job completed in record time by Josh. Our Dometic motorhome fridge died on our last day crossing the Gibb River Road in WA. We're fulltime travellers from QLD. Unable to get it fixed locally in Kununurra WA, we headed for Darwin. After getting the runaround from several other companies we thankfully found NT Appliances who could look at our fridge as soon as we could get there, which was the next day. They would normally remove the fridge to repair and monitor in their workshop, but that plan went west when we realised the fridge was wider than the motorhome door. Working in-situ, in a tight space, Josh replaced the faulty compressor control module in about an hour. I hate to think where we'd be without this amazing service. Now for the 800 km drive back to WA! Thanks team!

Wow, Customer service still exists and this is the place to get it. Traveling from QLD and lost our fridge. Rosie was super friendly and helpful and came in and met us on the show holiday to pick up a part to fix our fridge. Thanks so much for giving up your day off to help us out. Holiday resumed.

Arrived on time, quickly swapped out faulty solenoids on our Haier front loader. No hesitation recommending DWR..
