Jarrod Burns came to fix our dishwasher. He was on time and well prepared to carry out the repairs. He even brought a rubber mat to protect our floor. Jarrod knew what he was doing an addressed the fault immediately. What we liked most was he was excellent to deal with.

I've always been 'scared' of calling electricians and plumbers because of the inflated costs, but when Jegayn Ford called me, he was upfront with the call out cost $150 and any associated costs if light fittings needed to be replaced and the costs for the fittings were not inflated, $242 incl. GST all up after the job was done. The job was to provide electical maintenance on 2 ceiling tube lights and a light switch cover. Jegayn was very professional, friendly and a good listener of my family drama LOL. Thanks Jegayn, keep up the excellent customer service.
