A wonderful company to deal with From the phone call to talking to me and explaining how payments work fantastic easy as abc Then the tradie was spot on time Extremely well presented Explaining everything he was looking for [blocked drain] dummy it down to a 71 female. I understood his plan of attack. Found the problem where I didn’t know a drain was down the side of the house. Job done. They took exactly what the job was worth and I was extremely surprised at their pricing. No im not related to them. Would I recommend or use them again ABSOLUTELY 100% fantastic company. They managed to squeeze us in and Codey did the work. Cool calm and confident. Very professional and good at their job. Considering our level of angst - they read the room well and did a great job to find and fix the problem with our motorhome fridge. Can highly recommend them to others.

The plumber turned up prepared for all 4 tasks and was very efficient. He returned the same day when another leak appeared in the toilet and again had the parts onboard to fix it at no extra call out fee. The overall price for both visits was very reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. I contacted Precision to make some accessibility mods for my dad’s bathroom after major surgery. The service was outstanding from the start. Christian turned up so quickly, prioritising the job, and although we couldn’t proceed immediately (due to parts compatibility and issues with dads bathroom set up, not Precision’s fault) Keaha and Christian stayed in touch with me and my Reece contact Zoe, went out of their way to help, collected the parts for us and got the job sorted as soon as possible. It’s made a huge difference to my dad’s independence and took a lot of stress off me while i was caring for him post-surgery. Highly recommend Precision Plumbing and a big thanks to Keaha, Christian and the team.

I was at work but received a call 'it was all complete' they were able to access the home well - very reliable and trustworthy and he was very lovely to communicate and did the job so easily. To be in the house without water was one of my worst experiences - didn't even know where to begin but this team knew what to do easily and even received calls on public holidays thank you so much.

My favourite business overall. This company is by far one of the most reliable plumbing companies in the Territory and now across Australia. It doesnt matter how small or large the work required to be done is, these guys show up without a doubt on time and without fuss. From first contact your work is booked in and when it comes to crunch time they show up, the crew and equipment are well presented and when tradies take the opportunity to present themselves well you can generally guarantee they will take pride in their work. These guys tick all the boxes.
