Service Man was right on time, allowed me time to ask questions and explain my worries and concerns about bugs in in different areas, such as 2 mm bugs walking over me in bed and in seat in lounge room. He went straight to my pantry, found the bugs and said I'd this what they look like. I said yes. He advised we clean out the pantry and dispose of all the powders, such as spices and condiment etc, Whig I decided to do, brought over the bin and we emptied the pantry into the bin, while trying to contain the live bugs from transferring elsewhere into three lounge. Don't remember his name, he was very helpful, considering he was on a time schedule to get to other jobs. He gave me a good 20 minutes of his work time, before I left him to do his work. Being a widower pensioner, he suddenly made me aware of dangers of keep open powders in my pantry.

They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called which is amazing, the technician was right on time, the price was cheaper than I expected and this morning the results of the treatment was pointedly clear. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great experience using insect pest management. Cameron was on time, informative and thorough. Within two days all our termites were gone. I was really impressed that he took the time to answer all of my extensive questions. We have used them twice now within 2 months and will continue to use them for all our pest control needs. Highly recommend if you're looking for a company who will look after you. They also take cash on the day, which I absolutely love.
