I organised shipment of two large paintings to the UK from Darwin. The Darwin team were extremely friendly and helpful and their pricing was competitive . There were a few queries to manage for customs and the package arrived in a few days (much quicker than I was expecting). It arrived safely without damage. I’ve also used Pack and Send for work before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend Pack and send, I was advised to give them a call after leaving my gold bangle in a tray at the Darwin Airport. The lady I spoke to at Pack and Send was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. My bangle was delivered to me within the week. I’m very grateful for the return of my bangle.

Amazingly fast on delivery down to Queensland. SO helpful and personable in the office. Quote was the best out of all freight services. Will bring the parcel back with Pack and Send if need be

Efficient, competent, delivers on time and unlike other express service competitors, they have their own planes and they're the end of the airport runway . They delivered an urgent parcel to an African country Monday morning. I sent it Friday!
