I bought a house with an existing SMEG oven. The front glass attachment mechanism broke. I called DBS and they ordered a replacement part. Once it arrived they came and replaced it, and while they were at it, they replaced the oven globes as well. The staff were pleasant and professional. I never received a bill for the work even though I was not the original purchaser and I have no idea if the unit is under warranty. DBS were a joy to work with and I highly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend DBS highly enough. Steve organized for Brendan to come out and check out a faulty Smeg range hood. Brendan ordered the required part that day, the range hood was fixed early the next week, knowing that I was under pressure to have it working for a building inspection. There is no comparison between other "Smeg" dealers that I have used previously. The office staff and site staff are definitely the best I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them, and thank you Steve and Brendan.

These guys are legends! They repaired my coffee machine and didn't even charge me!! I'm so grateful, my wife works from home and drinks so much coffee so was were really bummed out when it broke. I guess it was an easy fixed for them. They even descaled it for us while they had at the shop! Definitely go here if you need a Smeg appliance repaired!

Dan gets the work done and is super knowledgeable. Rates are reasonable. I disagree with any review or comment saying this guy is dodgy. He isn’t, just old school. He quickly diagnosed the fault with my washing machine. Returned the next day with the required part. Been working beautifully since. The technician was prompt and efficient. My fridge was leaking internally and not defrosting. He quickly pinpointed the problem and fixed it with no fuss, cleaning up afterwards. I have used ACT Majestic previously, to repair my washing machine, and was equally happy with the results. I would definitely use them again.
