Great place to visit. They stock old style tiles for your roof monier elabana. When I phoned the staff were very knowledgeable and had exactly the tiles I needed for my roof. Opens early, and staff are very friendly and happy to help. Well done very pleased with the service, definitely recommend this business.

Chris came out at the agreed time. He fixed the smashed tile on the spot, and gave me good options for roof maintenance in a Canberra heritage area. Highly recommended

I went to J W Jacob's to source some 2nd hand roof tiles, as I was having solar panels installed and was advised there was a possibility of some tiles could be damaged during the install. Not only did they have the correct tiles, but they ensured the ones I purchased were not damaged in any way. Surprisingly they also loaded the tiles into my vehicle. The boys did a very efficient, professional job in altering our carport to allow more sun into our home; they were courteous in their dealings with us and very tidy in their clean-up. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing work on their roof.

I had an electric vent installed, my roof repointed, and some tiles replaced. The staff all turned up when they said they would. Communcation from the office was very good. I am very happy.
