Fantastic move from start to finish. From the moment Andrew arrived to quote through to pick up then delivery by Matt and the team it was a seamless operation. We also really appreciated the flexibility as we extended our time in storage then provided relatively short notice for delivery (6 hours away). Definitely happy to recommend…moving is stressful enough without worrying about your removal.

We have moved several times with Chess and it’s always been a great experience. Extremely professional and reliable. Fantastic service from the initial quote through to the move itself. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - even when the move is challenging (ie lots of stairs!). Highly recommend. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

After an awful experience with another company On-time Movers did not disappoint. The office was prompt and my move was scheduled within 3 days as requested. The removalist team were courteous and conscientious. They handled my antique furniture with care and carried many heavy pieces up a flight of stairs with expertise. I am very happy with their service and would use again without hesitation.

Ontime Movers were excellent in being able to fit me in at a last minute. They arrived as expected and shifted the items out quick and efficient. Destination was also quick and I recommend them highly for their services. The guys were great and the office was helpful throughout. I will use their services again in the future.

Aaron and his team are fantastic, they were friendly and so good at what they do. I was very stressed before this started, but they put me at ease and made the whole process as easy as it could be.

Well working apart of this team has its bonuses towards life and how we see everyone's valuables looked after like its there own. Great Team too show you they care about all items been moved no matter how it may seem too us. If you value it.. we will wrap it or blanket it. Rumbles came to my rescue after I was left in the lurch by another removal company. Chris & Trent were super friendly, empathetic and hard working. I have to admit to being nervous after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. David was also great to deal with.
