I live in Heddon Greta and when I had a problem with my septic pump I discovered that my trusted plumber had retired. I contacted The Plumbing Doctor and was lucky enough to be assigned Will Delaney. What a lucky break! Will was highly professional in his attitude and interactions. He had a high degree of knowledge and a work ethic which motivated him to go “ the extra mile”. He explained every alternative and found me the best solution for my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Will to anyone with plumbing needs.

Very happy with the prompt and efficient service; came out within 2 hours of placing the call, let us know 15 minutes beforehand that he was on his way and fixed the problem. Friendly and helpful; would definitely recommend The Plumbing & Electrical Doctor to others.

I highly recommend JML Plumbing. Emerson and Jack installed my dishwater and did prep work for another quote. I'm very happy. They were friendly, professional and explained everything fully. I trust them, and will absolutely ask them to return for future work. The office staff are also excellent - very polite and efficient. Don't second-guess yourself when choosing this company, they're great.

Emerson and apprentice, Matt, were called out to do a tricky excavate in my garden to resolve blocked common property piping pushing neighbours’ sewage into my property and pipelines -so gross! Emerson has great skill and knowledge, and Matt was a machine excavating all day and wading knee deep in sewage. At all times these gentlemen were calm, polite, professional and efficient.
