5 stars - Outstanding ducted reverse cycle installation service! We just had our gas ducted system switched to ducted electric by Dawson Heating and Cooling. From start to finish the service was top notch. The team was incredibly professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The installation was smooth and efficient. The team worked diligently and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. We are most grateful to Hugh, Brendon, Tom and Toby for your outstanding tradescraft.

Dawson Heating and cooling were excellent! Ray came out walked me through all of the options and measured our house to ensure we had the right air conditioner for the job. Brendon and Hugh arrived on time, replaced the whole system, cleaned up after themselves and walked me through all of the functions. The whole team were a pleasure to work with so if you are looking for a quote or work definitely give these guys a go.

Recently used them to urgently replace a large split system. They were excellent to deal with and they looked after us. Recommended and will use again (we have a few more split systems to install :)). Thx to the team for some great local service

Small reverse cycle air conditioner installed and the whole process was so easy from the quotation through to the installation. All staff were pleasant and helpful with lots of feedback to keep us in the loop. Pricing was competitive and I would definitely recommend CMS if you are thinking of buying and installing a new air con.

I want to acknowledge the integrity of CMS because we had three competitors come to our place, and tell us our only option was to spend $10k+ on a replacement for the failed unit. CMS however worked out how to get heat by swapping out a controller and deferred the big spend for a while longer. We will remember this act of integrity! Thank you!

Have used CMS a few times for home Aircon service and advice. Always professional, don't try to sell you something you don't need, and very reasonable prices. Heck, didn't even charge me one time even though they attended on site for a look. Would recommend to everyone.

Before upgrading our ducted heating/cooling system we researched various systems and installers. During the quoting process (we received numerous) we gave Global the most ticks so they were selected. Adam and his team were punctual, tidy, professional and polite during all stages and we are very pleased with both the installation work and the performance of our new ducted system. The Global team did a great job and we need to say that.

Just had Adam and his guys out to remove our old ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling. Can not fault his service. From quote to finish great communicator and really knows his stuff. The new electric central air works far better than my old system. Every room gets good flow now. Thanks Adam.
