I’m a new client of PC Doctor and I’m very impressed with their service. I contacted them on Friday afternoon and a technician, Khaja, was with me that very evening. Khaja was awesome. He listened carefully to my expectations (and hopes!) and went to no end of trouble to recover data from my laptop which had suffered a sudden death. While waiting for the data extraction to run, he quickly offered to set up my new laptop. I wasn’t expecting that so, wow, what a bonus.
