This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle repaired at AMA Collision, and once again they’ve done a fantastic job. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. You can really see the pride they take in their work—my car looks amazing, and they even detailed it inside and out, which was such a nice touch. Put my car in to repair kangaroo damage. Took a long time for a booking, but that's not AMA fault, that's generally Townsville. Was told 2 weeks for repairs, and it was finished exactly on time. Very happy with the end result, happy with the staff, very friendly. Would recommend.

Just got my vehicle back, for an unfortunate event the process and customer service I received was first class. Clinton and the team were quick to support in meeting all of my insurers requirements, which ultimately had the vehicle back in my possession in a short time. Communication was a highlight, regular messages and phone calls offering update on timelines. Highly recommend to anyone involved in an unfortunate car accident.

Pranged my car and was sent to a different repairer in Townsville and it was a shambles. My wife pranged her car and we were sent to Taylor's - Talk about "chalk and cheese" Taylor's were so good to deal with, great communication, great service and speedy repair. Got my 105 series landcruiser back from body repair yesterday. The quality of repair is amazing. Really went the extra mile with repair down the finest detail including re installing tailgate storage, wind deflector, rear spare tyre carrier and even reversing camera. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Awesome experience with these had some damage on my car causing the door to be unable to open properly fixed within a few minutes said not to worry when I asked what I owed him, they've also looked after my famliy on other occasions highly recommend for good service and friendly.
