Dawn was courteous, and had excellent communication throughout. All staff dealings were pleasant. Item was good quality, reasonable price. The quality and range of furniture is outstanding. Service over several visits was excellent each time. PLEASE VISIT and you will see what I mean! Prices are extremely competitive and again quality is not to be beaten fast delivery even when ordering off site stock. I like the themes following each manufacturer and each maker must really love their work.

The Eureka team in Townsville were great. The team member that assisted with the sale was very supportive and very knowledgeable about the products, including the delivery schedules of furniture in to store. I was after a specific item and the sale that was on at the time of purchase was too hard to pass by.

Salesman just OK. HOWEVER the dispatch side of things ..... Jackson went above and beyond to ensure we were going to be looked after. He loaded the furniture for us, and was super happy at the same time. He even got all our things together from seperate locations, as it was on closing, and he did not want us to have to come back the next day. 10/10 for him.

Awesome customer service the other day from their team member Storm. She was relaxed, yet professional and knew her products and their availability inside out. She made shopping with my 4 year old easy... can't wait to pick up our new bed.... highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and Peter who was helping was great he was looking up things for me h3 explained and showed me the different lounges and was able to tell me the waiting time on each lounge.The show was very clean and was beautifully presented I would recommend shopping at this store.
