First impression WOW!!! When you walk into any Grady display you are always welcomed by a big smile and helpful staff that personally walk you through their display houses and offer you a cold water. That alone puts Grady Homes ahead of the rest right of the bat. After looking through lots of display homes we walked into a Grady home to be greeted by Ashley a lovely young chap that showed us all though the house and was very friendly and helpful. After chatting about what we were after he started on getting a quote together as nothing was too much trouble. Ashley then suggested we look though all the other Grady display homes to get ideas on design, colors and styles so we could add bits of other display homes into our design. After looking though a few of Gradys homes we realized all their staff were more than helpful. This gave us confidence in the Grady name as a chosen builder for us. Right through the whole building process Grady Homes have been absolutely amazing to work with.

Talk about customer service!! Grady Homes built our investment property way back in 2010 and when we wanted to freshen it up, we couldn’t find the paperwork with the paint colours. We called Keira and she sent us everything we needed, saving us heaps time which we greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Julie and the rest of the team at Grady have been wonderful to deal with. No question or request is too difficult and Julie in particular has been outstanding in helping us through building our first home. Would highly recommend.
