Amanda was fantastic in helping us choose our bed at Sleepys. She took her time in showing us a variety of mattresses to suit both our needs and budget. She explained the differences in detail, she really is an expert on beds! Based on her professionalism, knowledge and kindness, we would recommend Sleepys for anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

Desi at Sleepy's Domain attended to us and was able to answer all our questions. She did such an excellent job we bought the matress we were looking for as well as some pillows. Thanks I wish all purchases were so easy. Delivery was also just as was promised.

The salesperson Desley was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest - to the point where she actually recommended a bed that was cheaper than the one we were looking at! Wonderful experience.

Bedshed Domain Central Townsville, we went today to look for a really soft mattress as we both have pain conditions, we spoke with a lovely lady called Olivia who was literally the best at helping us find the right one for us, nothing was too much trouble at all, very, very impressed with her advice and understanding of our situation. Olivia made a wonderful impression on us, as did the rest of the team all helping each other out and having a chat with us too. Lovely experience thank you Olivia, can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive

A huge thanks to Katrina at Bedshed Townsville. She helped us select a bed frame and mattress back in December. She let us explore the options but always came back to let us know extra details about the products that weren’t obvious. We looked at other bedding shops but none of them could match Katrina’s friendly service. We will be return customers when our kids need upgrades next.
