We had such a lovely experience with Bartlett Jewellers. Jay was very informative and educated us on the process before going ahead with our service. They did such a great job and did so in a very timely manner. We cannot recommend the Bartlett Jewellers and their Team enough!

Jay did a great job with designing and crafting a necklace from a gemstone that I provided him with. My spouse was thrilled with her birthday present. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love JBD, my husband and I won't go anywhere else or have anybody else that I trust with my beautiful rings. We recently had custom rings made by Angelo and they are absolutely stunning. Renee, Angelo and the team at JBD are all very warm, friendly and helpful.

More than just a jewellery shop. JBD is a total vibe and fun place to visit. Angelo and Renae make all their customers feel special and are very accommodating and community minded. The staff are all so helpful and happy to see you. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewellery. Have had custom designs made in-house and the knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Absolutely in love with my modern family tree ring. Hubby had a vision and the team at JBD bought the vision to life and it will be a cherished piece of jewellery I wear everyday.

I walked in and was looked after immediately by Dalton who genuinely was interested in my watch problem and was enthusiastic to help out. I came in not too far off close and offered to come back another day but Dalton insisted that he would be more than happy to assist. Liz was also there and was more than happy to offer support. She's an absolute professional and extremely knowledgeable in her craft but more than that, threw awesome chat and banter whilst she worked on the solution to my watch strap problem! We were past closing time at this point and whilst most people would be irritated (and rightly so), Liz had a smile on her face the whole time, wished me a good weekend ahead, and said to come in anytime if I needed anything else. Seriously a breath of fresh after what seems like a lack of quality service across all industries - at least my personal experience... Thank you very much team - very, very much appreciated!!!
