Many thanks to Andy and the team from Giant Bikes Hervey Bay. The team are happy to change your bike tube while you wait and also service other branded ebikes, apart from Giant. Andy organised a quick delivery and fitting of new tyres for our non standard ebikes. We also had our bikes serviced and are really happy with they way they are performing now. I highly recommend Giant bikes Hervey Bay for their professional advice and service.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. I busted a derailluer and did a tire whilst travelling. Simeon and the team had me back on the trails within 24 hours, even using parts off a new bike they had in stock to get me sorted. They also sorted out a bunch of other little niggles and issues with the bike, all well explained. Bike rides like new again - if it wasn't such a long drive from Vic I'd bring the bike back for servicing.

Really happy with Andy and the team at Giant Hervey bay. They did a lot of extra work on my previous mountain bike for free during a standard service. Recently Andy provided some very useful advice for me when upgrading. I got a really competitive price and they custom adjusted the new Giant bike for me.

Thompson's Cycle World deserves a big shoutout! Our family traveled to Hervey Bay for a holiday, but unfortunately, two of our bikes got damaged during the journey. However, the amazing team at Thompson's Cycle World repaired them immediately, saving our holiday and allowing us to enjoy riding our bikes throughout the trip. Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient service.

Thankyou Toby for your amazing service once again. Nothing is too much trouble, extremely efficient and caring too. Looks after us oldies and always finds a solution to every problem. You are the best.

Fitted up a pair of tyres to my Kona at the drop of a hat. Even adjusted the gears up without me requesting it. Highly recommend this place thank you.

I took my bike in there this morning just to fix a puncture, met by Dave who said it would be finished the next day. I told him there was no rush and to call when it was done. 4 hours later I get a call saying it is ready. When i went back a lady served me and another gentleman got my bike for me. Everyone was so polite and had a smile on their face, it was a pleasure to go there.

The team at Adrenalin Cycling recently helped me out while visiting family in Hervey Bay. I had some spokes that needed replacing and the job was done before heading off within 24hrs! Extremely grateful for their efforts, but most of all, their friendly service and positive attitude truly set them apart from many bike shops within south east QLD! Thanks guys! Love your work.

I had a zero 10x that needed a new tube replaced and sent it in, was done in the next 24 hours, along with that they basically did a full service of my scooter and aligned my brakes properly. amazing service and great prices 11/10 for service couldn’t recommend a better shop.
