Associate Professor Johan Verjans, a cardiologist and physician-scientist affiliated with the Adelaide Specialist Clinic, earned his Master of Science in Medicine from Maastricht University Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Life Sciences, Netherlands, in 2007.
