Dr Peter Penglis completed his Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Adelaide in 1990, Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 1997, and PhD studies in 2000. He has special interests in rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and gout. Dr Peter practises at Wakefield House Rheumatology and was a visiting specialist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital from 2004 to 2021. He is registered with the AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). The clinic comprises a group of individually practising rheumatologists who assist in diagnosing and managing a wide range of rheumatological conditions. Dr Simon Burnet is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Rheumatology in Adelaide. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide, Australia, in 1993 and a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2000. Dr Simon is the current Chair of the Regional Rheumatology Committee of the Australian Rheumatology Association. He also conducts regular country rheumatology clinics in supervises and crystal brook the training of rheumatology registrars in both his public and private clinics. Dr Burnet was the medical director of Arthritis SA for ten years and remains active in rheumatology educational programmes for general practitioners and hospital trainees, Allied Health Professionals and medical students.
