I have purchased a number of items from this shop before but it is the customer service that I love. If you have a small issue you can get help or an opinion often without charge. They have helped me a few times now and I appreciate very much.

Touch phone screen kept disconnecting and reconnecting on my phone. Had been putting off getting it fixed for three months, took my phone in today and the screen was replaced and fixed within 10 minutes. Don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner, couldn’t recommend more.

Called into BuzzTech for help charging my phone. They quickly cleaned the charging port on the spot. Excellent service. Recommended for any phone problems. Five star service.

Just had a great customer service experience at this store! Anmol helped problem solve my phone in car dilemma for the business cars helping me choose the right devices based on their features and our specific needs. He ensured the device was compatible with the holder before I made the purchases. His knowledge and friendly approach was much appreciated on a Busy Friday afternoon. Assuring me of the stores aftercare support if I had any trouble.

Great place to get any technical help. Very friendly service from Anmol who not only helped me with setting up my new phone but also recommend products which I would require. This store has a great range of products.

Anmol helped me out big time with fixing my cellular device. He was one of the nicest people I have ever felt with in customer service. Anybody with issues should go to see the man himself.

Rakhi was absolutely amazing and has helped me with a difficult iPhone that couldn’t be fixed by other technicians. Can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism, phone knowledge and beautiful customer services. A pay rise and higher upper management position is definitely warranted for her.

It was an awesome experience coming in on friday to get a proper fitting screen protector personally fitted for me. I would never have known about the new speaker for the back of my phone either had she not told me. I was sold very quick on that. Thank you.

Rakhi was helpful in letting me choose my tempered glass. Also store has lot of options of tempered glass.
