incredibly professional. I spoke to Marc on the phone and he took the time to troubleshoot what might be wrong with my oven, I did not end up needing a call out after this phone call. I will definitely be using Julian’s appliance centre in the future based on this experience!

Great place, super friendly people that know their way around appliances, l had a problem with the vacuum cleaner, they sorted it out, very happy, I would recommend this business and it's staff to all my friends and family, I will be purchasing appliances from them

Craig came and fixed our leaking washing machine the day after we rang for help. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We are very grateful he could help us and will definitely call in him again if we need to. We would definitely recommend him.

Failed water inlet solenoid on our Simpson top load washing machine. Craig attended the house call and replaced it within 24hrs. A tradesman that actually does what he promises and delivers on time. Well done.

I was very happy with this service, my washing machine stopped working suddenly and Craig was able to attend on the same day. He's also very fair with pricing and is very knowledgeable! Thanks Craig

Left an email explaining my issue and received a prompt call back. Technician arrived on time and identified and fixed problem efficiently as well as kindly levelling up the washing machine. I'm always happy with the service from this long established and trustworthy company.

Had them come check out our faulty dishwasher (were able to fit us in 2 days after) Arrived on time, quick diagnosis and a call back that afternoon with a cost to fix. Very good service and have been around for years - they know their stuff and can be trusted!

Fast, efficient and polite service. Our washing machine had the faulty part replaced and fixed on the spot.
