Stefan was always friendly, polite and very helpful and if I ever sent an email always replied very soon afterwards, usually by phone. His jovial attitude can relieve what can be a stressful situation. Excellent customer service from all staff. I was happy with my storage unit.

I needed to store a light truck for a few weeks until I could collect it. The staff at National Storage North Geelong could not have been more helpful- thanks Karen. They responded quickly to my online enquiry, gave me a suitable spot for a very reasonable price, and were fine with me not being exactly sure how long I would need the place. All my enquiries were handled rapidly and politely. It's rare to find a business that still offers great service. Also, it's just five minutes' drive from the new Spirit of Tasmania terminal.

Place is clean, service is great, advantage in being a Warehouse with individual lots not exposed to sun and frost. Price reasonable and good access. Roller door entrance stays open bit long after exiting, security risk? Manager most congenial.

Clean facilities, extremely quick customer service. Staffed Monday to Friday during office hours.

These guys were great they made the impossible possible with moving my new giant fridge upstairs to the kitchen, which I had almost accepted it wasn’t possible after having others attempt the mission. Lovely people to work with. Happy to recommend these magicians.

A huge thank you to Anthony and the team at Zippy Removals and Storage. They made the move of my furniture from Geelong West into their storage facility and then to Melbourne easy. Efficient, pleasant to deal with and reliable. A great team. Would highly recommend them.
