The GCD technician arrived at the appointed time. He was extremely efficient at clearing up the problem, and patiently answered my many questions. Everything he did was explained clearly. Several other worries I had about my computer were solved. I was delighted with the results of the visit.

Allan rang me on Wednesday asking what the problem was, he diagnosed it over phone. He came out Sat afternoon and fixed my computer. His knowledge was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Incredible offer to help. I got offered same day visit to set up my new computer when I thought I was not able to do it but 2 hours later it was working & I rang back. OK to cancel the visit without charge & happy doing it. Really appreciated your service.

Excellent customer service I got there just before closing time and was very helpful and friendly, went out of his way to fixing the issue there and then so honest and would trust them with any work to be done I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else they won my trust straight away.
