I recently purchased a very heavy, (30kg+) fragile and quite rare guitar amplifier from a seller living in the Surf Coast region. He was happy to drop it off at Pack and Send Geelong for despatch to the NSW South Coast. I spoke with Liam initially who mentioned that the company had extensive experience in packing and shipping valve amps. With this in mind I arranged the transaction. The amp arrived yesterday and was in perfect physical condition. (So far I have been too busy to crank it up!) Thanks to Liam, James and anyone else who played a part in the process. I highly recommend your services!

The very patient staff were amazing and understanding with my whole situation in regards to sending my item. The communication, friendliness, politeness, and FANTASTIC customer service was absolutely outstanding! I will definitely be using the Geelong team again in the future for sending items if the opportunity arises.

This was a great experience, sending my tennis wheelchair from Geelong to Brisbane. It well and truly made it in time for my tournament, and arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciated James's expertise and working out the least costly way to send it

Great experience using this company; I would highly recommend. Prompt collection and delivery. They driver even gave me a call to make sure somebody was at the destination to take in the delivery.
