I Contacted The Original PC Doctor as it was local to my area. My initial contact was with Dwayne. Dwayne's understanding, knowledge, and willingness to assist me was evident in that initial contact, I wasn't left wondering about anything regarding service and fees. Based on this initial contact I was happy to use the service of The Original PC Doctor. The Technician that came to my house was Paul. Everything was upfront and I was given a quote which I was happy to pay, for the service I received. My overall experience was excellent, staff were in constant contact with me ensuring my needs were being met. Paul returned my computer within a day and explained everything to me. I would recommend The Original PC Doctor to family, friends, and anyone I know who is having an issue with their computer.

Paul was outstanding, first listening to the issues and asking the right questions to get the details he needed to diagnose and hes willingness to fix the problem and even coming to return my computer on Sunday. Nick was extremely accomodating and knowledgeable. He was super efficient and knew exactly what to do to fix two very strange issues that I had with a relatively new, high end laptop. He diagnosed the potential causes of the rare issues I was having and came up with the best solution to rectify it on the day so I could take my laptop home with me. I highly recommend Nick to you.

Had two laptops that weren't working, Nerdcore gave me a reasonable quote for the first one and some sound advice about not bothering with the second laptop due to the costs and age of the laptop. The first laptop works like a dream. Quick turn around on the work and no nonsense advice on upgrade options. Very happy - will come back for future PC issues.
