I used Redback this week to prune four trees on our back fence line. This job required access from my property and my neighbour's property. The Redback team did a superb job of both the job and the communication of it! They were extremely efficient, very professional, and kept both of us neighbours informed of their progress throughout the day. At the end of the job, they put plenty of care into cleaning up my neighbour's yard and removing leftover leaves, branches and bark. I am a happy customer and will seek to use them again.

The company did a supreme job removing 13 trees and stumps at my property. The company kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect with their work. The price for the work was incredibly reasonable. The care they took in cleaning up my property after they were finished was incredible. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and excellent service from the first contact, quote, office staff and on site team. All cheerful, courteous and helpful. Redback has an excellent messaging reminder service which also keeps you posted on service call arrival time. Would recommend the service to others and I would certainly use them again. Five star service.

Tom and Bob and all the team at Pro-cut were outstanding! Managed a tricky tall hedge that two other companies said they couldn’t do, with ease. Trimmed my large eucalyptus tree to perfection, along with a long bamboo hedge. Everything was left clean and tidy and looking fabulous! I would highly recommend this company for all your tree cutting requirements. An excellent experience in these days where customer service and professionalism are often lacking. Pro-cut can be proud of themselves for being a cut above the rest!.

I've used Procut before for my amazing, but problematic palm tree. Today I needed them to get this baby past the eaves and guttering....Tom and the guys did an amazing job...all with a smile, professional manner and nothing was too hard. Terry made first impression showing up punctually to give a professional on-site assessment. Then arborist Mark came to cut down our tree. The team mulched the remainder all down and even swept the driveway clean of debris. I was able to return to work within 2hours. Totally grateful guys. I shall contact you for the next job.
