I’ve been using Plum heating and cooling for many years now for all my service needs. From the ladies at reception to the trade technicians, everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. Sure they may in some cases charge a little more than others, but honestly I know that the job will be done correctly the first time around. they are very clean workers.! I totally support family owned and run businesses, Just love the old fashioned service. I highly recommend Plum heating and cooling ! Thanks Plum.

Matt and Sebastian arrived on time and their work was done professionally and with courtesy. Sebastian showed me the photos of the service and they left the space clean. Great service in the Western suburbs, Plum Heating and Cooling were upfront with their pricing and communicated well.

Booked split system clean and service. Plum were able to fit the job in next day. Super efficient and great communication. Daniel arrived to do the service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Plum Heating and Cooling Services.

I recently had two technicians come to service my air-conditioning system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they quickly identify and fix the issue, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong in a way that I could understand. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

After calling many companies all having a 2 week wait, I was grateful when Jason at Surrey Air accommodated my urgency and scheduled the repair of my Braemar central gas heating within 2 days. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before the arrival of two technicians, Steven and Dylan. Both were professional and efficient (no small talkers here). Lucky for me, the fault was a minor one involving refitting a loose loom cable (fault code 30) which the technicians diagnosed within 10 mins of their arrival. What I appreciate most is their honesty as they didn’t suggest new cable or spare part is needed and in fact, advised me to monitor the performance of my heater over the week. It has been 3 days and my heater is working perfectly. However, I did have to push back a little when an office personnel called to indicate a new spare part is necessary ($1400) as my heater is in danger of failing completely. I appreciate his directness but wish he has worded his advice differently. This is a small point as I understand all of us has a different way of communicating. Please be aware that there is a small $10-15 processing fee when paying via Xero. I was charged $66 for ‘leak solution and coil cleaning’, in addition to the call-out fee of $330. Although this may have been a repair-standard extra, I don’t recall the technicians notifying me that they performed such a job so I was surprised to see the extra charge in the invoice. The call-out fee is not the cheapest of the companies I called, but I would recommend Surrey Air for their quick response and professional, skilled repair.

I discovered my central heating had failed late Tuesday night. My dealings with Surrey Air staff on Wednesday morning were exceptionally swift, courteous and professional. They had my system back online by lunchtime! It was clear that the office staff including Claire and the field staff took responsibility for fixing my problem and communicating quickly ,and thoroughly, vital information. They provided me with the opportunity to discuss, with Jason (the boss) the potential consequent scenarios following the repair. and solutions to each. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Professional, Practical, Available and Affordable service

Jason and Tenessee from the Surrey AC team came out today and helped provide much needed maintenance and fixes to our reverse cycle air conditioning units. They were efficient and thorough, and left the units spotless and running like new. Thanks for the quality outcome guys, love your work!
