Extremely professional business all around. From the thorough explanation of the services during the quoting process all the way to the job being carried out in a quick, straightforward and efficient manner. The technician was very polite and as the job was at my grandparent’s house and there were many many question’s regarding the process, pet safety and how to stop the return of infestation all of which were answered with reassuring solutions showing a thorough understanding of the job. Could not be more impressed and grateful to the team at Dawsons as well as being extremely fair priced for the services received. Highly recommend for anyone facing the daunting task of dealing with a rat infestation. 10/10!

Corey was fantastic. Friendly and provided reassurance the treatment would be safe for my pet. Spent time to explain the process and inspected the entire property. Time will tell if the treatment has worked, but the experience on the day was second to none.

Had a great experience today! The gentleman who came out was very friendly, professional, and honest. He set up rat poison on both sides of my house and explained everything clearly. The service was reasonably priced, and overall, it was just a really positive experience. I think it’s worth sharing because good companies that do things properly deserve to be recognised.

Needed treatment for rats and mice as one of the bedrooms under the nesting spot was getting an odour. Informative and customer focused. Came out the next day, after I contacted them the afternoon prior. Great price. Half the price, far more comprehensive treatment, than another service that did apparently baited for both rats and mice but failed to stop them nesting. Thanks.

Found the company off of a mothers group on fbook so I knew they would make be vigilant about kids being around the pest control spray. It was so seamless to book them. Recieved an email with a quote and asked what day would work best for me. Brad and team (sorry didnt get the other gentleman's name) showed up right on time, did the job in 45 minutes. Was super helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Worked around the kids toys which was super helpful as I do not have much storage. Highly recommend especially if you want an efficient, clear and easy process.
