Ben was a lifesaver, replacing the toilet in our kids/guest bathroom in time for our overseas guests to arrive. Ben was presented with a few challenges, but he found clever solutions and he was very consultative throughout the process. Ben delivered what he promised, completed quality workmanship with care and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

Tristan came out to fix a difficult blockage in my toilet. Once he completed the job, he checked the plumbing through the rest of my apartment and listened to other concerns I had. He stayed and completed several other jobs for me. He was very thorough and kept me updated of any extra costs through the whole process.
