What an absolute delight to deal with Annette. We live in Sydney so I relied on the excellent reviews to help in my decision to choose a reliable florist in East Maitland. I could not be more thrilled with Annette’s suggestion of flowers and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, they sent through a photo of the arrangement before delivery, and a hand written note was attached to the display. I send flowers often and I have never had this kind of wonderful customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Annette to anyone wanting exceptional service and beautiful flower arrangements. Highly recommended!

East Maitland florist created a small birthday hamper with flowers for my daughter for her 25th Birthday. We do not live in the area so I contacted them via phone and they were extremely helpful. The hamper that was delivered exceeded my expectations - it was beautiful. Quality chocolate biscuits and chocolates and a gorgeous bouquet in a jar, all professionally presented in a lovely box. We had the hamper delivered on the same day we ordered. Thankyou East Maitland florist for your expertise, time and care - my daughter LOVED her beautiful birthday hamper! Highly recommended.

Natalie and the team at The Petal Collective helped us choose our floral arrangements for our wedding They were so good with their advice and with communication. Where other florists we had talked to said yes to everything, Natalie and her team helped us to refine with a seasonal grouping of flowers . We were able to have arrangements delivered and set up which was essential for the flow of our day. We were blown away with the beauty of the arrangement, and how it sat on our arbour. It totally exceeded our expectations and made our day extra special. I couldn't recommend them enough.
