Just had the best experience at OMF Rutherford. We greeted and treated very well. While we looked around at the mattresses the team were very happy to chat and play with our 2 year old. We purchased a floor model but then Jess the manager upgraded us to a brand new model. Honestly could not have had a better experience there.

Fantastic friendly service from Jo, she helped us figure out which mattress would suit us both. Explained the care that we can provide to get the most out of our purchase. Very happy with the service, and looking forward to delivery in a week. Thanks Jo.

Dealt with a lovely lady named Danielle. Absolute great service and dealt incredibly well with our bed issues. Highly recommended. PS their beds are better then every other option in the centre.

Our experience with Bedshed Rutherford was definitely 5 ??. Nakeia was fantastic, she welcomed us after entering the store. Without any pushy sales pitches just very helpful knowledge about the bed and Mattress’s we thought we might like. After giving us a quote and time to think we purchased our new bed. The bed was delivered within three weeks and assembled in our room with some more helpful tips from a courteous lady and man.(I didn’t catch their names ) All up the sales and delivery staff were first class. The bed is perfect so comfy All of this as well as an excellent price . I will send anyone looking for a new bed to Rutherford Bedshed.

From start to finish the team at Bedshed Rutherford displayed excellent product knowledge and fabulous customer service. Suzeanne and John personally delivering our beds to Port Macquarie with a smile. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

We had a really great experience at the Bedshed. Our sales rep (Elise) listened to what we wanted and provided alternate options where appropriate. We didn’t feel rushed and we were able to take our time to ensure the right bed and mattress were selected. We would happily return for future purchases.

We started looking around for a new king size mattress - never thinking we’d begin and end our search at Forty Winks. At not time were we rushed, nor ignored. Jay is a perfect salesman - and worked out a price for us “too good to refuse”! Purchased on a Sunday, delivered on the Wednesday - and for a small charge take away the old mattress. That’s pretty good. Our new bed is great - and offers a great nights’ sleep. And, there’s no credit card surcharge. You don’t go to Harvey Norman for mattresses-you go to Forty Winks. Highly regarded and highly recommended.

We went in on Mother's Day and it was late in the afternoon. We received fantastic customer service from Samantha who helped us purchase 2 new pillows and a new bed frame. The frame arrived in the time frame we were told and even when I rang earlier to check on delivery times Jay was super helpful. We will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade our mattress.

My daughter broke her bed and we search furniture shop after furniture shop. Thank you Forty Winks. My daughter found the bed of her dreams.The quality of the bed is great being Australia made. But also thank you for your great customer service /support , you definitely went above and Beyond for us. My daughter is one happy girl.
