I've had an excellent experience at Opal Rutherford Park. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to be helpful. They truly care about the residents including my Aunty, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The meals are delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety to keep things interesting. The outings organized by the facility are well-planned and enjoyable, offering a nice change and a chance to explore new places for all residents. Overall, Opal Rutherford Park is a wonderful, aged care community that goes above to make all residents feel at home.

I find the staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. Staff also are interested in finding out about mum’s likes dislikes, her history and her family so they get to know her better. The care my mother is receiving appears wonderful. There are many activities that residents can participate in if they are capable from morning exercise to sing songs. The food served to my mother looks absolutely delicious. It’s been a month but hope all continues this way in the future.

The staff are always friendly, polite and happy to help. The event calendar is great - informs the family of the activities occurring each fortnight. Couldn’t be happier with the room! And the food is fantastic! So glad we chose Rutherford Park! We love visiting, even taking our dog to see Mum.

I completed my first placement here as a bachelor of nursing student and i could not have faulted the facility, all the staff are really kind and caring and the residents are looked after with the upmost respect and are treated like family !! I really enjoyed my time here and appreciated all the help from the staff taking me under there wing and making this such a positive learning experience!!

I had a wonderful experience at Maitland Grange Community Care during my clinical placement. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, treating residents and their family with the utmost respect and care. They made me feel very welcome and supported me throughout my time there.

For a work environment that is so demanding & important, the staff I have dealt with Angie, Trudy, Lola, Rebecca & others are so obliging, helpful & caring. Special thanks to Jessica for going out of your way and helping me Sunday. The family appreciate everything you all do.
