Unfortunately, upon reaching the pickup point, we discovered a communication lapse with the warehouse staff, causing a delay in preparing our floor clearance item. Thankfully, Tom from the warehouse swiftly addressed the issue, demonstrating exceptional service by organizing our pickup within 30 minutes. Despite the initial hiccup, Tom's dedication and quick resolution made our overall experience exceptional, and we're grateful for his efforts, especially considering the challenging conditions.

AMART Rutherford was the best experience we had furniture shopping for our new build. We bought a single guest folding bed and the product is great. The guy taking my money was very happy and the lady in dispatch was also very happy. the other guy in dispatch serving a different person was also very happy. That tells me that the boss is treating them well. I will shop there again.

Fantastic customer service from the manger and her staff. Went to another fantastic store and was completely Ignored so went to another and brought up big. Even pick up from back dock wasn't a issuse friendly helpful staff goes along way. Well done

Our local Rutherford store is so beautiful and has such a comprehensive range of options for all tastes and styles. The staff member who assisted me yesterday was so lovely and helpful and assisted me in my purchase by offering different perspectives on various pieces to help me come to my final decision. She was very knowledgeable about the pieces and their composition etc. She even showed me an item on their site that was not in store yet, helping me complete the look I was going for. Great place to furnish your home. They have Beautiful furniture ranges and quality products. Love their Tuscany range perfect for countryside designs with modern feels. Customer Services are great, staff are very helpful and willing to give further discounts on already sale items. Highly recommended.
