After the highlights didn't take to my hair as expected, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, asking me to come back the next day for some more foils at no extra charge. The cut was excellent too and I'm now very happy with the result.

Took our 18 month old in for his first proper haircut and Claudia was amazing! She was so kind, gentle, and patient with him. She did a terrific job with his hair, will definitely be back.

Love the service always! Everyone is very kind and they take great care of your hair. I had a great haircut and a relaxing time.

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at Saranya Lee definitely deserves one. The salon not only has a beautiful and quality aesthetic, but you are valued and taken care of. I personally see Piper and she has perfectly created a balance between my desired blonde colour and hair health. She has personally considered my hair needs and has recommended me products that has also allowed for optimal results.

A visit to Saranya lee is more than a regular salon visit, it is the ultimate hair experience. From the moment you step in the door you instantly feel welcome, the calm and beautiful ambience is such a lovely space to be in. Whenever I see my stylist Saranya it is like catching up with a dear friend over coffee, cocktail or wine and cheeseboard.

I have been coming to this hair salon for about 12 months now and I cannot fault the service. I see Piper, and she does a fantastic job of my hair every time! I hold my hair life in Piper's hand and she always delivers results.

Cannot recommend the salon and staff here more. The wonderful girls did the hair and makeup for my wedding and managed to make the process so relaxing and easy, and did not compromise on the results. Everyone looked beautiful and all of our hair stayed in until the early hours of the next morning. Thank you!

Wonderful experience as always. I felt my lightening/foils wasn't quite right and I told the staff and they were happy to "fix it" straight away and were supportive. I left feeling very good about the end result and the experience! I drive from Melbourne to get my hair done here, it's definately worth it.

Staff are friendly. They serve beer, albeit hahn. Haircuts are always on point. I get mine done with Joe. Always meticulous, he gets right into the beard with supreme skill. Pricing is pretty much around market.
