Have been seeing Emma for massages and facial treatments for over a year now and more recently for two pregnancy massages…she is amazing! Always happy and willing to make you feel comfortable, goes above and beyond and is good at finding where things are tender and working them out! Recommend her for pregnancy massages and her service in general! Very happy client! You pay for what you get and that is top notch service!

I recently visited Avaia Hair for a gel extension, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Emma assisted me, and she truly worked a miracle on my messy and short nails. She transformed them beautifully, and now, after a week, they still look strong and flawless. The quality of her work is exceptional, and I highly recommend her.

One of the best salon experiences I have ever had. The basin chairs are next level! As a curly girl I have struggled for years with haircuts, I will be travelling here from Mudgee NSW for all my hair cuts. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and cut.

Hannah was incredible. Hannah really took the time to consult with me about what I wanted to achieve and what was the best course of action to get me there. Bree-Elle was so friendly and bubbly. Highly recommend a scalp massage from Bree! I felt safe, comfortable, free to be myself. This was my first visit and I will be back!!

AMAZING customer service from the minute I contacted the salon. Girls were extremely accommodating for the fact I am from out of town and had a small window of opportunity to get in for an appointment. Whilst in salon everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. And to top it off my hair result were MAGIC! Can’t recommend this salon enough.

Lily did such a great job on my hair yesterday. Even though I gave her a bit of a challenge, she was patient and gentle and the results were brilliant! Erin helped out and they both did a great job! Reasonably priced too and the team were so friendly.

Staff were friendly. Haven't had my hair done for over 4 years so had no idea what I wanted. Erin was great and, after a few questions, knew exactly what to do. Very happy with the new me. Kids area is great, too. Definitely will be coming back!
