WATERWORKS RESERVE REVIEWS
Great place for a large family BBQ or picnic offering scattered shelters overlooking the dam. I think you can book sites through the Hobart City Council. Unfortunately.. no swimming, this is part of Hobart's water supply, but there are many interesting short walk in this historic place and also the starting point of longer adventures and plenty of room to play. There is a public toilet too.
Fantastic place with great walks, BBQs, seats, benches and toilets. A couple of awesome covered huts as well.
Nice place in Hobart for a relaxing walk. Not a busy place and there is kids park area and plenty of BBQ

HOBART RIVULET PARK REVIEWS
It was breathtakingly beautiful. Peaceful and green. The trek run next to the rivulet and it gives a sense of serenity and love.
I love the park, a forest and jungle vibe. For a small park, there is so much attraction and for my surprise, I found a small book nook hidden. And the only place where you can find a café in the middle of a forest.
lovely linear walk in daytime. not lit up at night. Restrooms: only one along the linear Rivulet park, near to Cascades Area.

CASCADES TRACK REVIEWS
A short 2 hours walk trac with beautiful sound of the stream. Close to city, safe and still close to nature. The track starts just behind the Cascade Brewery.
This is a cool little track that weaves along the rivulet taking you from the brewery to the tracks at the top. The track moves across the rivulet and the Moss covered trees make it a beautiful hike. If you get to the top you can keep going and walk to the cabin and from there it is an easier walk to say the Sphinx Rock View and others.
Cascade is blessed with the task of being the current custodians of this amazing land. They're doing a great job. Our family totally enjoys the great outdoors here. I spose they don't have to share it with us? I don't know, but we love that they do. Cheers.
