What a great experience! My group of 4 besties spent a night at the retreat. We were so welcomed and looked after from the time we walked in to the time we left. Jerrilee is an amazing & thoughtful host. We arrived to champagne & platter. We each had 1 hour massages followed by a beautiful dinner served to our accommodation then a spa. Accommodation was cosy and had everything we needed including Netflix, Stan etc. To top it all off a full breakfast this morning once again served to our accommodation. Loved this place & Jerrilee…Highly recommended!

My partner and I enjoyed a 45 minute massage followed by a facial and a spa. While in the spa we got to enjoy an incredible view with a platter and some bubbles. This was the most perfect way to spend the morning. We left feeling so relaxed and very well taken care of. The team at Hidden Cove Retreat went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be returning. The massage and facial were the best I’ve ever had.

My Wife and I enjoyed 2hrs each of luxurious massage/scrub/facial and delicious dinner/wine and breakfast personally delivered to our room by our lovely host in this beautiful little hideaway. Great value for money, highly recommended. Left feeling super relaxed, will be back…

What a beautiful spa, and what a lovely team of people! So professional and friendly, and Mirinda did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She listened to what I wanted, explained the process and products thoroughly, and I felt relaxed and happy with how she explained the procedure and carried it out keeping me informed every step of the way, and clearly advising what to expect following the procedure! She also explained and addressed queries I had about other cosmetic procedures without making me feel like I was being “pushed” into (or out of!) what I was interested in! I am very happy with the result, and looking forward to booking my next (few) treatments! Thank you for a wonderful experience - l had originally booked online with another place, but cancelled because the tone and sheer volume of emails was very impersonal and seemed more about sales than client experience - lucky for me, because I am soooo happy with Quay Day Spa!

Massive thanks to Claire, the best massage I've had. For someone who normally opts for a remedial, I tried a Tui Na Chinese remedial massage with Claire, and it was the most rejuvenating massage I've ever had. She was so easy to get along with, but also so professional, she explained what it did for my body and I felt like she released tension in my back/neck/shoulders that previous massages couldn't get to. She went above and beyond offering advice, stretches, and information to help me following the massage. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Last week I visited Quay Day Spa for the first time. The premises is stylish, has a relaxing atmosphere, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Chloe was my beauty therapist. Chloe was professional, knowledgeable about the waxing treatments she was performing, made me feel very comfortable and had great attention to detail. The before and after care that was included with my service was above what I've received else where in the past. It was a lovely experience all round and I will happily return in the future. I booked a one hour remedial massage at the Savoy Baths several weeks in advance as booking availability was few and far between. I arrived and was greeted on time and courteously and allowed privacy to change and prepare. My massage therapist briefly discussed area's where I thought I required attention prior to commencing. She was absolutely wonderful. Finding spots and working out stubborn knots that I didn't realise were there. My shoulders were absolutely knotted and she literally went at them with some serious force. Yes, it was painful. But I also knew what I was getting myself into. They're not totally released, but they're on their way. The therapist noted that a good heat pack the next day would assist in relieving some of the aches, to which she was absolutely correct. A few days later and I'm feeling relaxed, both mentally and physically. Definitely booking in for another follow up treatment soon.

Cannot recommend Savoy Day Spa enough! I booked in for a 60 minute signature massage with Alanah and felt very relaxed afterwards. Alanah was very warm right from the start and was happy to tailor the message to meet my needs. Cannot recommend her enough! My stress levels are thanking you!

Best place for relaxation massages! Always feel so comfortable and welcomed. I have seen different people every time but today I had the pleasure of meeting Jo. She is now my go to! Jo is thorough and asks all the right questions so you have the best tailored experience! Can’t recommend her more
